My story.
I got my start over 20 years ago as a leader in the nonprofit world. My days were filled with working with board members, leading teams and developing impactful strategies. While I loved that mission-led work, I felt most aligned with my own purpose when working one-on-one with those who sought mentorship.

My experience.
I’ve combined over 20 years of experience in team management, strategic planning and developing innovative solutions and initiatives into a model that works to support professionals in the full spectrum of their careers- from leading new teams and programs, to taking the next steps in their own careers.
Along with years of experience in the field, I have a Bachelor of Science in Communications for Northwestern University and am a CTI-trained leadership coach and a Certified Professional Career Coach.
